About Stratton Oilfield Systems
Oilfield Systems is a subsidiary of Stratton Securities, Incorporated.
Founded in 1987, Stratton Securities, Inc. finances and leases commercial
modular facilities. Predominately working directly and in conjunction
with the United States Military, Stratton Securities, Inc. has an
impeccable past performance history and has always performed above
and beyond the call of duty. Stratton Oilfield Systems was launched
after the management team realized a critical housing need within
remote workforce environments. Few projects can be as complex, difficult
and challenging than those with the US Military, so with the same
work ethic, experience, integrity and attention to detail, Stratton
Oilfield Systems was launched to assist companies in remote conditions
to comfortably house their most important asset: their employees.
Research done by Stratton Oilfield Systems indicated a severe lack
of quality housing options for much of the remote workforce housing
and has provided an innovative and extremely welcomed alternative.
Stratton Oilfield Systems is proud to offer luxurious, comfortable
and spacious studio apartments.
Stratton has worked in lease financing for more than 25
years. During that time, he has secured more than $1 billion
in financing for hundreds of commercial, federal, municipal,
educational and health care facilities. After being presented
with an opportunity to provide financing on a modular building
project, Dan continued to learn about the product and its
many uses, and has concentrated his efforts in this area for
20 years. Although
most of his work is now in modular buildings, he is knowledgeable
in aircraft, telecommunications, security and large computer
